On October 2, 2017 the competition “Annual Prize in the Architecture of Riga-2017” was completed and the winner was Pullman Riga Old Town, which is part of the international brand Accor Hotels and Resorts. In the summer of 2017, this hotel was recognized as the best hotel project in the Baltics and collected all the highest awards in the field of development, and now has also received the main architectural award of the year in Latvia.
